By accessing or using Ask Morpheus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ask Morpheus is an AI-powered dream interpretation application. The App allows users to record their dreams, receive psychoanalytic interpretations, engage in guided exploration conversations, and track patterns over time.

3. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Ask Morpheus is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care.

The interpretations and insights provided by the App are for self-exploration and personal growth purposes only. They should not be considered medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App (dreams, context, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Attempts to exploit or harm the service

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Ask Morpheus offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Ask Morpheus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Morpheus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated interpretations may not always be accurate or appropriate.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you may request export of your data before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
